Products
What is the best way to use the products?
Each product has its intended use, which is indicated in the recommendations section of each product page and on the product label. We suggest doing a patch test on a small area of skin prior to use. We do not recommend using scented butters or oils on broken or cracked skin. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use and consult with a doctor or medical professional for next steps.
Do you offer products for men?
Yes, all products are made for universal use.
Can I use the products if I’m pregnant?
We recommend consulting with a doctor or medical professional before using any of our products.
Is it safe to use BREATHE products if I have a nut allergy?
We do not recommend use of BREATHE products if you have a topical allergy to nuts. A majority of the BREATHE products contain a base of products derived from nuts, eg. shea nuts, almonds, or coconut. Please check the ingredients of each product prior to purchasing.
Can all of the butters be used for the full body?
Yes, BREATHE Butters can be used externally for the full body. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend using the unscented Neutral Blend butter. We do not recommend using them on genitals or any other sensitive areas.
Can I use BREATHE products on my infant or child?
We recommend using BREATHE products on children ages 2+ years old. We also recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin prior to use. We do not recommend use of BREATHE products if your child has a nut allergy. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use and consult with a doctor or medical professional for next steps.
Shipping and Orders
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations, nor do we offer refunds and exchanges.
When will I receive a tracking number?
The order processing time is 7 - 10 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is ready to be shipped, a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you via email.
What if I input the wrong shipping address for my order?
Please email us at breathenaturalbeauty@gmail.com for immediate assistance updating your shipping address. If your order is shipped before we can update your shipping address, we will provide steps for updating your shipping address and delivery preferences with our shipping carrier.
What happens if my order is returned to sender?
We are not responsible for any shipment issues caused by the customer giving an incorrect shipping address or errors caused by Royal Mail, DPD or any other carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Europe, USA and Canada. Please contact us directly via email or social media to place your order. Shipping charges do not include any customs fees required by each destination. We are not responsible for any shipments lost or damaged during international transit.
